Would you use a space like this?
We want to turn this disused public toilet into a collection outlet for local producers.
We are starting small, you'll be able to get local eggs and honey that we've produced at The Eden-field Project and potatoes from a local supplier. If enough people get behind the idea, we'll expand on the idea and grow.
We want to build on this concept and host more local producers that fit our Producer Charter.
Our key goals
- Bring the disused space back to life
- Support local producers
- Reduce the miles between producer and consumer
- Meet the producer - we'll promote sessions where you can meet the makers to help educate and promote where our food comes from.
- Off-grid - we want to be low energy and off-grid where we can.
